General:
- You'll get high-res unwatermarked PNGs of the adopt after payment. Please keep in mind that transparent files are not available.- Credit me as @deathlxght when using the design. (tagging is optional)- Using my art or designs for AI, NFT purposes or to spread hateful and illegal content is strictly prohibited.- If my TOS is violated, I have the right to revoke ownership of the adopt and in serious cases, you will be blacklisted from future purchases.
Payment, Payment Plans, Holds & Refund
✦ Payment:- All prices are in USD.
- Payment can be made via Paypal or Ko-fi.
- Prioritize: Upfront payment > Payment plans > Holds.✦ Payment Plans:- Payment plans aren’t available for fixed price adopts and are only offered through auctions. If you’re someone I’ve worked with before, I might accept a payment plan for a fixed price adopt but it’s not guaranteed.- Payment Plans are only available for AB or bids from $200 on auctions.- Payment plan requires a minimum down payment of $35. The rest should be paid within 30 days or by a date we agree on together.✦ Holds:- Holds are only available for AB or bids from $200 on auctions and can not exceed 14 days.✦ Refunds:- Refunds are not allowed. If a chargeback happens, all rights to the adopt will be revoked, and it will be put back up for sale.
Character Usage:
- You can edit, recolor or use the outfit for your OC. Please keep in mind that I won’t be making any changes to the adopt myself.- You can gift, trade, raffle or resell. The resale price cannot exceed the original purchase price unless the character has more artwork that increases its value. Please make sure that the resale price is true to the character's value. Please inform me the new owner if possible!- Most of my adoptables come with commercial rights included, but if you bought one for Pesonal Use, you can always purchase commercial rights later if needed.✦ Personal Usage includes:- Profile pics, banners, headers, etc. on any social media.
- Posting online with credit.
- Showcasing on live streams.
- Non-profit fan projects (e.g. a fan MV or cover song video)
- Personal prints or digital goods (as long as you’re not selling them)✦ Commercial Usage includes:- Everything listed in Personal Usage.
- Sponsored posts/promos
- Ads (e.g. posters, billboards,...)
- Branding/ Vtuber Branding.
- Monetized fan content (e.g. cover songs on Spotify/YouTube)
- Your own original stuff (e.g. music videos or song covers)
